Clinical Immunology

The mission of the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Johns Hopkins is to promote the understanding and treatment of allergic and immunologic disorders including asthma in order to provide optimal patient health.

Clinical Investigation

The Graduate Training Program in Clinical Investigation (GTPCI) is intended for faculty, post-doctoral fellows and other allied health professionals working with human subjects in clinical investigation.

Clinical Pharmacology

Areas of investigation range across the spectrum of pharmacology: identification of promising drug targets; preclinical studies of lead compounds; modeling of pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic relationships; studies of kinetics, metabolism, safety and efficacy of drugs in humans; rational use of drugs in clinical practice.

The Orchestral Conducting Program at Peabody Conservatory, under the direction of master teacher Gustav Meier, is designed to provide training and practical experience both to beginning conductors and to those with professional experience wishing to expand their repertoire.

The Conflict Management Program focuses on mechanisms for handling international conflict and developing cooperation. The program presents various theoretical approaches to negotiation, examines policies and processes in managing crises and conflicts and explores the formation and use of international organizations and regimes

As one of the premier cytopathology laboratories in the country, the Cytopathology Laboratory plays a prominent role in the rapid, accurate diagnosis of the early stages of lesions and infections and monitors recurrences.
